All our pilots hold a CAA approved NQE qualification. ZERO400 has a ‘permission for aerial work’ which allows it to work responsibly for commercial clients.

Operating safely is our primary concern. We simply won’t fly if it isn’t safe to do so. Risk assessment is a key part of our business.

Fully Insured

We take this seriously. Our public liability insurance covers us up to £5m, in the unlikely event of something going wrong.

How We Operate

1. RESEARCH

From the moment you call us, we’ll start our research into determining whether we can legally fly for your project.

2. SITE SURVEY

We conduct site surveys for every project, whether it be in person or using satellite imagery.

3. RISK ASSESSMENT

You can’t completely eliminate risk, but you can work hard to significantly reduce it – and that’s what we do best.

4. FILMING

Once we’re satisfied we can get airborne safely, we’ll collect imagery for your project.

5. DELIVERY

We don’t just hand you a memory card (although we can if you wish!). We make sure you get things in the format that works for you.
